Does this price of $985 include a crown or denture replacement?
This offer does not include the crown or the denture which is the part of the tooth that shows above the gumline. The crown, bridge and denture are different type of prosthesis to be placed after the implant is surgically placed.
Who will do the restorative crown or denture? Can you perform the restorative crown or denture procedure?
Our team of highly experienced restorative dentists can complete the restorative part of your implant. The Cerec acquisition and milling unit allows us to perform single day crowns as well in eligible patients. However if you prefer your own dentist to restore the crown or denture after the implants are placed at our office, we shall exchange the information directly with your dentist in a state of the art digital email system. The quality of communication between the restorative dentist and the Dr. performing implant surgery can play a great role in determining the quality of the final cosmetic and/or functional result.

Will I need a bone graft, is that included in this price?
Bone grafting is sometimes necessary to supplement the bone mass of a patient’s jaw so that the implants can be anchored firmly. Loss of bone volume can be caused by a variety of factors, including infection, trauma, and periodontal gum disease. Often the bone around a lost tooth will degenerate to some degree, and will require augmented before it can support an implant. The bone graft or membrane, if required, is not included in this special offer.
I’m already wearing a denture, am I still a candidate for Dental Implants?
Yes, dental implants can provide a life changing experience if you are not comfortable with your current dentures. Typically patients would need four or six implants in each arch to replace the entire denture. In many cases, your exisiting dentures if in good condition can be modified to retrofit the implants. If not, we do offer variety of fixed bridges or hybrid dentures to choose from at additional cost to replace the old dentures.
I have insurance; can I apply my dental benefits toward this special offer?
Yes, but hurry up. An early consultation can help you get you plan ahead for insurance benefits coordination.
I have option of HAS/Flex Spending account at my work, can I use that toward this procedure?
Yes, Dental implants are typically covered with these types of accounts. We can provide you a treatment plan with ADA codes, so be sure to consult with your HR department to make sure these codes are covered for Health Saving Account spending.
My parents are visiting from abroad. Can I use this special offer as a gift?
Yes, this is a great idea! If they are visiting for a very short time, we can place immediate loading implants and crowns if the bone quality is favorable. If your parents will be arriving in the next few months, we recommend that they email our office a copy of their X-rays. This way we can recommend any needed prep work prior to their US visit.
Can I still do a dental implant if I have veneers, crowns, bridges or root canals on other teeth?

I’m going through orthodontic treatment (braces/Invisalign), and I need a single tooth implant. Can I get the implant along with my current orthodontic treatment?
Yes, the implant surgery can be done while undergoing orthodontic treatment. We will work with your orthodontist to make sure the space available for the implant is adequate. It’s easier to make any changes in the pontic space for future implant crown while you are still going through your orthodontic treatment.
Will this procedure be done under local or general anesthesia?
Generally a single tooth implant procedure is performed under local anesthesia, and is covered in this special price. For full mouth implant denture surgery involving all or most of the missing teeth we might recommend general anesthesia, which is not covered in this special offer.
I have not extracted my tooth yet, how can I take advantage of this special offer? Is tooth extraction included in this price?
If possible, it’s a great idea to start planning for the dental implant before removing the tooth . The tooth should be extracted with special a traumatic technique and the socket should be preserved. In many instances the implants can be placed same time as the tooth extraction is done, however the surgeon will recommend if that is a good option in your case or not. The tooth extraction is not included in this price but is generally a covered benefit by most of the dental insurances.
